Council Venturing President: Kelsey McLeland

Kelsey McLeland

Kelsey McLeland is 17 years old and a senior at Klein Oak High School. At her school she is the tenor captain of the Drumline, French Honor Society officer, French Club Member, and enrolled in all advanced classes. Currently she is #27 out of 863 students in her class. She started Venturing when she was 14 years old by joining Crew 2020. During her membership she has held the positions of Secretary, VP of Program/Administrative as well as President. Within the last two years she has earned her Outdoor and Sea Scout Bronze, Venturing Gold Award, Venturing Silver Award, and the National Venturing Leadership Award. Her next goal is to receive her Ranger Award. She hopes that the next year will be filled with fun activities that all Crews and Ships in the council will enjoy!

Vice President of Administration: Zachary Muldrow

Zach Muldrow is a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 264. He also serves as OA Chapter Chief for Raven Chapter and was elected to serve as the 2012 Colonneh Lodge Vice Chief of Inductions. Additionally, Zach is the Vice President of Advancement for Crew 208, Boatswain for Ship 208, and Den Chief for Pack 264. Zach has earned his Eagle Scout, Ranger, and four Bronze Awards. He plans to earn his Gold and Silver award as well. In 2011, Zach served as an Area Director for the Horseshoe Bend Summer Camp program at El Rancho Cima.
